The update of your account to switch to Sarbacane Suite will be proposed to you shortly by our teams.

When you place an order on our online store, you will be guided step by step to customize your package by selecting your preferences for each element.
- Subscribed Licenses: You have the flexibility to choose the number of licenses you need for your team.
- Level of Support and Services: You can opt for one of the three available levels of support, which apply to all licenses:
- Essential
- Premium
- Exclusive
- Consumables: For the Campaigns and Sendkit applications, you can choose the sending volume that suits your needs. Later on, you can also purchase additional email and SMS credit packs from our online store if you run out of credits before your subscription renewal.
- Additional Services: If you choose a Premium or Exclusive level of support, you also have access to additional services:
- Advanced Intelligence Option
- Expert Technical Configuration Option
If you have selected one or more licenses that allow email sending, you will have the option to choose from the following:
- Domain Name
- Dedicated IP
