How to check the consumption history of my account?
This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software: Sarbacane Suite. If you are a user of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, you can find here the help center related to this version of the software. The update of your account to switch to Sarbacane Suite will be proposed to you shortly by our teams.
This section of the help center is dedicated to viewing the usage history of your Sarbacane account. This feature allows you to easily track your email and SMS credits used in your marketing campaigns.
To view your usage history, follow the steps listed below:
- Log in to your Sarbacane account using your current email address and password.
- Once logged in, click on your avatar at the top right of the screen to access your account and profile settings.
- You will be automatically redirected to the "Profile" section of the settings. Click on the "Account" section.
- In the left sidebar menu, you will see various subsections related to your account. Look for the heading "Usage History" and click on it.
- This section allows you to view your usage history of email and/or SMS credits in the form of a table with the following information:
- The date of each campaign that resulted in credit consumption
- The number of credits consumed
- The type of campaigns (email or SMS)
- The name of the user who sent the campaign
- The name of the campaign
