Sarbacane Engage: How to set up a prospecting sequence?

This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software, Sarbacane Suite. Users of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, can find here the help center associated with that version of the software.
If you have created and edited your prospecting sequence, you will need to set it up before implementing it.
To do so, go to the "Settings" tab of your sequence. There you will find several configuration options, including:
- Activate tracking to follow the open and click rates of your sequence in the "Statistics" tab.
- Add an unsubscribe link to allow your prospects to easily opt out and comply with GDPR, while improving your deliverability.
- Choose whether or not to allow the re-engagement of contacts already engaged in other sequences.
- Configure the delay after which a prospect will be considered as "Did not respond" from the time they receive the last email of your sequence.
