When your credits are used up, you can still create a campaign in Sarbacane Campaigns, but you can't send it. For Sarbacane Campaigns emails, purchase a top-up pack from the Usage section of your account at any time during your subscription. For SMS, Sarbacane Sendkit emails, or to permanently increase the volume included in your subscription, click Edit in the same section to schedule an appointment with your account manager.
Be the account owner or an administrator.
Purchase a top-up pack (Sarbacane Campaigns emails only)
In the top-right corner of the screen, click your initials (or avatar).
In the left-hand menu, click the Account tab.
Scroll to the bottom of the page, to the Usage section.
Under EMAIL VIA CAMPAIGNS, click Need a top-up pack?.
Choose one of the available packs: the number of credits in each pack is predefined.
Confirm your order.
Increase the volume included in your subscription (Sarbacane Campaigns emails, Sarbacane Sendkit emails, or SMS)
In the Usage section (steps 1 to 3 above), find the relevant block: EMAIL VIA CAMPAIGNS, EMAIL VIA SENDKIT or SMS.
To the right of the current volume, click Edit.
Schedule an appointment with your account manager.
Top-up pack: once the order is confirmed, the credits are added to your balance under EMAIL VIA CAMPAIGNS.
Subscription volume: your account manager will adjust the included volume with you during the appointment.
Only the account owner and administrators can access it. Ask them to purchase the credits or make you an administrator.
Top-up packs are only available for Sarbacane Campaigns emails. For your SMS or Sarbacane Sendkit emails, click Edit in the relevant block to schedule an appointment with your account manager.
Contact customer service and provide the date of your order.
