Depending on the plan you choose, Sarbacane Suite includes:
Campaigns (email, SMS, automation)
Contacts (database)
Pages (landing pages)
Forms
Chat (website chat)
Sendkit (transactional API)
Engage (B2B prospecting)
Until your renewal date, your current price will remain unchanged, and you will have access to all the Suite applications at no extra cost.
Your subscription will renew automatically under one of these two plans:
a complete Suite plan
a plan tailored to your actual usage ( à la carte licenses)
You are free to choose: keep the complete Suite or return to a scope equivalent to Sarbacane Sunrise (with fewer features). At the same time, you can also adjust your licenses, the number of users, or change your functional scope.
The price depends on three factors: the number of users, the licenses required for each application, and the level of support you choose (Premium / Exclusive). Licenses are billed per user, monthly or annually. Any price increase notification simply reflects the switch to this new pricing structure, calculated based on your number of users, licenses, and activated applications.
Important : Before your renewal, review your needs with the sales team to tailor your plan to your actual usage. The new price is never applied without giving you the opportunity to review your plan.
