In Sarbacane, you can invite other users to collaborate and share your resources (campaigns, lists, templates, forms). You can assign a role, set sending limits, and manage application access for each guest.
Before you begin, you must:
Have the Owner or Administrator role on the account.
Have an available license for each application you want to open to the new user (if you do not have an available license, you must purchase a new one beforehand).
Go to your account settings and open the User Management menu.
Click on the Users tab.
Click on the Invite button.
In the Group tab, set the group to which the user should be assigned.
In the Profile tab, enter the user's information (first name, last name, email address) and choose their role (Administrator or User).
In the Licenses tab, check the licenses to assign to this user.
Click on Send Invitation.
Note: if you do not assign any licenses in step 6, the invited user will be able to log in to your account but will not have access to any applications.
A new user profile is created with the status Pending. This status remains displayed until the user validates the invitation on their end.
Open the invitation email you received.
Click on Accept the invitation.
On your first login, create your password.
The invited user accesses the shared account directly with their email address and new password, without having to create a separate Sarbacane account.
The invitation remains stuck on "Pending" status If the user has not received the email or has not validated access, the Owner or Administrators can take action from the User Management menu. You can resend a new invitation to follow up with them, or delete the current invitation if you wish to cancel access.
The invitation ended up in spam. Sometimes your spam filters are so powerful that they let very few emails through. You should check your various email folders carefully.
