The Owner and administrators can see every login to your Sarbacane account over the last 3 rolling months, including sessions in progress. If a login looks suspicious, you can act directly from its row: log the user out, reset their password, ban them or delete them.
Be the owner or an administrator of the account.
At the top right of the screen, click your avatar.
In the left menu, click Security.
At the top of the page, open the Session history tab.
Above the table, narrow the results with the filters if needed: users, period (by default Last 30 days) and Roles.
To act on a session, click the ⋯ menu on the right of its row.
Choose the action:
Manage user: opens their profile (role, licenses, permissions).
Log out user: closes their session right away.
Reset password: logs them out and requires them to create a new password before logging in again.
Ban user: blocks their next logins. Their resources are kept and the ban can be lifted.
Caution: deleting a user is permanent. Their resources stay on the account, but to give them access again, you will have to invite them again.
To remove access permanently, choose Delete user.
The table shows one row per session, with these columns:
User.
Role.
Device: operating system and browser.
Location: IP address.
Session start: for example "2 hours ago", or "Just now" for a session in progress.
At the bottom right, the arrows let you change page. To the right of the filters, the icons refresh the list and export it.
In the row's ⋯ menu, click Reset password to cut off access.
If the account seems compromised, follow the article I think my account has been compromised. What should I do?.
To keep this from happening again, restrict access by IP address (Access restriction tab) or require two-factor authentication (Authentication tab).
Only the Owner and Administrators have access to it. Ask one of them to check your role.
Check the period filter, which shows the last 30 days by default. The history goes back 3 rolling months at most: an older login is no longer visible.
