In Sarbacane, the Session History tab allows administrators to view connections made to the account over the last 3 rolling months. This tool allows you to monitor active sessions, analyze access history, and perform management and security actions on users.
To access the session history, you must have an account with the Administrator or Owner role on Sarbacane.
Log in to your administrator account in Sarbacane.
Go to Settings > Security.
Click on the Session History tab
A summary table displays connections from the last 3 rolling months. By default, the 20 most recent sessions are displayed on the first page.
The table presents the details of each connection through the following columns:
User: name and surname of the connected user.
Role: access level (User, Administrator, Owner).
Device: type of equipment (mobile or computer), operating system and browser.
Location: user's IP address.
Date and time: date and time of session end.
Pagination: the table displays a maximum of 20 sessions per page. Use the pagination buttons to view the following pages.
Custom sorting: click on the Date and time column header to toggle between chronological and reverse chronological sorting. This sorting applies to all history data, not just the 20 sessions displayed on the page.
A context menu (three-dot button) located next to each row allows you to perform the following actions:
Manage the user: opens directly to this user's settings page.
Disconnect the user: terminates the user's session immediately.
Reset password: disconnects the user and requires the creation of a new password before any new login.
Ban the user from the account: blocks future access by the user. Resources created by this user are retained and the ban can be lifted later.
Delete the user from the account: permanently removes the user from the account. Resources created by this user are retained on the account.
Warning: deleting a user from the account is a permanent action. Their created resources remain stored on Sarbacane, but access cannot be restored without sending a new invitation.
If you have validated an invitation to join another Sarbacane account, two methods allow you to access it:
If you only have access to one account: enter your credentials (email address and password) to access the shared account directly.
If you have access to multiple accounts: after entering your credentials, click on the arrow next to your account name, select the desired account from the dropdown list, then click on Validate.
In Sarbacane, open your account menu in the top right corner of the screen.
Click on your account name to display the list of accessible accounts (your own account and shared accounts).
Select the account you wish to access.
The interface refreshes to the workspace environment of the selected account and displays the resources that are shared with you there.
