The owner or administrator of an account has the possibility to cap the email and SMS credits of a group of users over a period of their choice. All users in the group will be affected by the defined limitation.
It is not possible to set a consumption limit for a given user. This limit necessarily applies to a group of users. However, it is possible to remove sending rights from a user so that they cannot send email and/or SMS campaigns.
The account owner, as well as the various administrators they have appointed, cannot be subject to any restriction in this regard.
Credit cap management is carried out in the settings of your account, in the User Management section.
Click on the contextual menu of a group, then on “Manage” and go to the “Consumption” tab.
You can then enable / disable the limitation of email and/or SMS sending by checking / unchecking the corresponding lines.
When you enable the limit for emails or SMS, you are asked to configure it by indicating how many emails or SMS messages may be sent (per month or per year) by the group concerned.
Once a sending limit is configured, it applies to all users who are members of the group. If the group reaches this limit, no user who is a member of this group will be able to send campaigns during the defined period.
