How to enable/disable the Chat bubble in Sarbacane?

This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software, Sarbacane Suite. Users of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, can find here the help center associated with that version of the software.
The chat bubble in Sarbacane allows you to quickly get in touch with customer service to ask questions, seek assistance, or report issues. However, we understand that the constant display of the chat bubble can sometimes disrupt navigation within the interface. That's why you have the option to customize the display of the chat bubble according to your preferences. Follow these simple steps to enable or disable the presence of the chat bubble in the Sarbacane applications according to your preferences:
- Log in to your Sarbacane account using your current email address and password.
- Once logged in, click on your avatar at the top right of the screen to access your account and profile settings.
- You will be automatically redirected to the "Profile" section of the settings.
- In the "Preferences" section, you can enable or disable the chat bubble by checking or unchecking the option.
- After following these steps, the display of the customer service chat bubble will be personalized according to your choices. This allows you to navigate within the Sarbacane interface without being bothered by the chat bubble. If you wish to re-enable it to contact customer service again, simply return to this section and activate the corresponding option.
