How to add/modify a notification address (routing information, quotes, billing)?
This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software: Sarbacane Suite. If you are a user of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, you can find here the help center related to this version of the software. The update of your account to switch to Sarbacane Suite will be proposed to you shortly by our teams.
Emails are sent regularly to provide updates on campaign status or to send invoices. To do this, you have the option to specify the email addresses where you would like to receive each type of message:
- Information about the delivery service (e.g., "Sending your campaign").
- Quotes and billing notifications.
How do I change the notification email addresses?
Here are the steps to modify the notification email addresses:
- Log in to your Sarbacane account using your current email address and password.
- Once logged in, click on your avatar at the top right of the screen to access your account and profile settings.
- You will be automatically redirected to the "Profile" section of the settings. Click on the "Account" section.
- In the left sidebar menu, you will see various subsections related to your account. Look for the heading "Notifications" and click on it.
- Once in the "Notifications" section, you will see a list of different message categories for which you can specify separate notification addresses (e.g., "Information about delivery service" or "Quotes and billing").
- For each type of email, click on the corresponding input field and enter the email address or addresses where you want to receive these notifications. If you want to add multiple addresses, make sure to separate them with a comma, as shown in the example below:
Example: firstname1.lastname1@yourcompany.com, firstname2.lastname2@yourcompany.com
- The changes will be automatically saved when you click outside the input field.
By following these simple steps, you can customize the notification email addresses for each type of message in Sarbacane.
