How to manage and modify my profile settings?

This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software, Sarbacane Suite. Users of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, can find here the help center associated with that version of the software.
In your profile settings, you can add and modify your user information.
This profile is personal and allows you to define software access and customization settings.
To access it, simply click on your avatar in the top right corner of your screen, which is available in all applications of the Sarbacane Suite.
You will then be redirected to the interface for managing your profile and account settings.
Your profile settings can be accessed in the 'Profile' section
What can I modify from the profile menu?
Edit my profile
To edit your profile, simply click on the 'Edit your profile' button.
You can edit the following personal information: name, first name, landline phone, mobile phone, profession/position, and your avatar (profile picture).
Click the 'Save' button to save the changes to your profile information.
Username
The 'Username' section allows you to view and update your login credentials, which include your login email address and password.
If you change your email address, an email will be automatically sent to you to activate this new address. You just need to click on the link provided in that email to confirm the change of your login email address.
Settings for your preferences
In the settings, you can manage:
- Language preference: French, English, Spanish. Note that Sarbacane Engage, Sarbacane Chat, and Sarbacane Sendkit applications are only available in French and English.
- Time zone: Date and time are displayed based on your chosen time zone.
- Interface theme.
- Enabling/disabling the chat bubble
