The owner or administrator of an account has the ability to set a limit on email and SMS credits for a group of users for a period of their choice. All users in the group will be affected by the defined limitation.

It is not possible to set a consumption limit for a specific user. This limit necessarily applies to a group of users. However, it is possible to revoke the sending rights for a user so that they cannot send email and/or SMS campaigns.

The account owner, as well as the various administrators they have appointed, cannot be subject to any restrictions in this regard

To set a limit on routing credits:

The management of credit limits is done within the account settings, in the "Manage users" section.

Click on the contextual menu of a group, then click on "Manage," and go to the "Usage" tab.

You can then enable/disable the email and/or SMS sending limit by checking/unchecking the corresponding lines.

When you activate the limit for emails or SMS, you will be prompted to set it by specifying how many emails or SMS can be sent (per month or per year) by the respective group.

Once a sending limit is configured, it applies to all users who are members of the group. If the group reaches this limit, no user within that group will be able to send campaigns for the defined period.
