Sarbacane Campaigns: how do I renew my custom domain name?

This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software, Sarbacane Suite. Users of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, can find here the help center associated with that version of the software.
Your reserved sending domain with Sarbacane Campaigns has expired and you wish to renew it? Here are the steps to follow.
Renewing your domain
To do this, you must first have a domain credit such as "1 available domain name". If this is not the case, you should "Order a domain".
Then you can click on: "Renew".
This action places an order with the host to reserve your domain name for an additional year, which may take a few seconds to load.
Domain credit and reservation
Note: Payment of the invoice does not activate automatic renewal of the dedicated sending domain.
Indeed, by this payment, you have purchased a domain credit. It is indeed appropriate to assign this domain credit to either:
the renewal of a domain that has expired
booking a new domain
Renewal and restoration
Depending on the number of days since expiration, your domain may not be immediately renewable. These renewal deadlines depend on the extension of your domain.
Here are, for example, the deadlines for the most common extensions (to find out about deadlines on other extensions, consult the dedicated resource of the host):

If your domain is in the status:
- "Late renewal possible": This status means that the domain is renewable. You can simply click on "Renew" in Sarbacane.
- "Erasure at Gandi / Restoration possible": This status means that the domain is restorable. You can contact us to find out the cost of restoration (support@sarbacane.com) or delete this expired domain to reserve a new domain name.
- "Destruction by the Registry": This status means that the domain is available again if no one else has reserved it elsewhere. You can delete the expired domain to reserve it again.
