Sarbacane Campaigns: What is predictive sending and how to use it?

Predictive sending is an intelligent feature of Sarbacane Campaigns that allows you to send your campaign at the best time for each of your recipients.
Sarbacane relies on the data and behavior of each recipient, including the analysis of the times they most often open/click their emails, to send your campaign to each at the most opportune moment.
How to activate predictive sending?
You will find the predictive sending option at the "Send" step of your Email campaign.
The chart provides an estimate of the distribution of sends by day. You can adjust the duration of the sending range (from 1 to 7 days) with the slider located above the chart.
Predictive sending thus allows you to spread your sends over time, which impacts on:
- The deliverability of your campaigns: reduce the risk of being considered spam by sending your emails in several batches spread out over time.
- The engagement rate of your campaigns: increase the probability that your emails will be opened and clicked by sending them at the ideal time for each recipient.
The predictive intelligence engine developed by Sarbacane includes the concept of instant sending. If Sarbacane detects that a user is currently checking their mailbox, especially when they open an email sent with Sarbacane, the system will immediately send your campaign.
Indeed, when your recipient is checking their emails, in the case where they open an email sent via Sarbacane's servers (whether it's an email sent by yourself or by another Sarbacane user), we are able to detect this opening and your next send (originally scheduled for a later date or time by the predictive sending engine) will depart immediately so that the arrival of your email in the recipient's inbox is optimal and occurs at the moment when your recipient is connected to their messaging system.
This feature thus drastically increases the performance of your campaigns by benefiting from the behavioral data of all the recipients in the Sarbacane user community.
