This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software: Sarbacane Suite. If you are a user of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, you can find here the help center related to this version of the software. The update of your account to switch to Sarbacane Suite will be proposed to you shortly by our teams.
Discover how to remove contacts from your blacklist if you wish to contact them again or rather if they wish to be contacted. You have three options:
- Manually remove a contact from your blacklist
- Remove a selection of contacts from your blacklist
- Remove all contacts from your blacklist
Manually Remove a Contact from Your Blacklist
To remove an email address or domain name from your blacklist, go to the settings of Sarbacane Engage, then click on “Blacklist” in the settings section. Click on the action menu (symbolized by the three small dots “...”) to the right of the blacklisted email or domain name. Click on "Delete" and then "Confirm".
Note that if you are a User (and not a Manager) in Engage, you can only remove from the blacklist the contacts of which you are the owner.
You can also remove a contact from the blacklist by going to their card, then clicking on the trash icon to the right of the mention “alias@domainblacklisted.com is blacklisted”. Confirm. And it's done!
Remove a Selection of Contacts from the Blacklist
To delete a selection of contacts from your prospecting blacklist, select the contacts you wish to remove, then click on "Actions" at the top right, and then on "Remove from blacklist". Validate to remove the contacts from the blacklist.
Remove All Contacts from Your Blacklist
Finally, it is possible to remove all contacts from your blacklist in a few clicks. Go to the settings of Sarbacane Engage then click on “Blacklist” in the “Settings” section. Click on the "Delete all items" button. Confirm to remove all contacts from your blacklist.
