Managing your contacts is a crucial part of your activity in Sarbacane Engage. To facilitate this management and enable you to quickly find relevant contacts, the use of search filters is essential. This guide explains how to create and use filters for highly customized queries.
Using Filters for Optimal Management
- To start, go to the "Contacts" page of Sarbacane Engage.
- Click on "Create a filter" to begin the filter creation process.
- Assign a name to your filter to easily distinguish it in your future searches.
- Your filter query is structured as follows:
- A group can combine several parameters.
- These parameters are linked by an "and".
- You can create different groups for more complex combinations.
- Groups can be connected by "and" or "or" according to your needs.
- Once your filter query is ready, click on "Save filter".
Your saved filters will appear under the native filters located on the left side of the page. This allows you to quickly access your custom queries.
The use of filters in Sarbacane Engage is a powerful method to organize, manage, and find your contacts with ease.
