Sarbacane Engage: How to manually schedule a task or call?
This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software: Sarbacane Suite. If you are a user of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, you can find here the help center related to this version of the software. The update of your account to switch to Sarbacane Suite will be proposed to you shortly by our teams.
Sarbacane Engage gives you the ability to efficiently plan and manage tasks and calls associated with your contacts. In addition to creating tasks and calls when setting up your sequences, you have the flexibility to create tasks and calls directly from your contacts' profiles.
Call Scheduling
- Navigate to the contact profile you wish to schedule (see the article "Accessing my contacts' profiles").
- Click on "Create a task" to begin the scheduling process.
- Choose the task type, here for example "Call", and specify the team member responsible for it.
- Add a name and description to the call, as well as the date and timezone for its completion.
- Click on "Validate" to confirm the call scheduling.
- The designated user will receive the task in the Connect extension under the "Tasks" tab, labeled "Today".
- The user can add notes and define an outcome (positive, negative, etc.) after completing the call.
Task Scheduling
- Follow the same steps to schedule a task, selecting "Social" or "To-do" as the task type.
- Unlike a call, the user cannot assign an outcome to the task, but they can add notes.
Visibility of Information
The notes and outcomes will be accessible in the contact's activity log from their profile.
Sarbacane Engage's task and call scheduling functionality simplifies the management of interactions with your contacts.
