Sarbacane Engage: How to change the sending email address of your prospecting emails?
This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software: Sarbacane Suite. If you are a user of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, you can find here the help center related to this version of the software. The update of your account to switch to Sarbacane Suite will be proposed to you shortly by our teams.
Whether it's for reasons of changing information, such as a password, or simply to modify the sender, it is possible to update the sending email address associated with your prospecting sequences in Sarbacane Engage.
Changing Your Sending Email Address
Access the Settings of your account and select the "Email" tab.
Click on the "Disconnect my email" button located below the notification indicating that your email account is connected.
If you plan to change the synchronized address, consider the ongoing scheduled emails. Wait for the concerned sequences to end to avoid sending emails from the same sequence from two different addresses.
Once the email address is disconnected, refer to the dedicated articles on synchronization methods to connect the new address:

- Exchange / Outlook synchronization
- OVH synchronization
- SMTP / IMAP synchronization
