This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software, Sarbacane Suite. Users of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, can find here the help center associated with that version of the software.
Tracking and analyzing statistics are crucial for assessing the effectiveness of your prospecting sequences in Sarbacane Engage. The weekly statistics report provides you with an overview of the main metrics from the previous week, thus helping you make informed decisions for your prospecting strategy.
Receiving the Weekly Statistics Report
- Access your account settings via the Settings icon, then select the Profile tab.
- In the User sub-tab, ensure that the Weekly Statistics Report option is enabled (it is by default). If not, activate it.
- Click Save to record your preferences.
Report Content
Every Monday, you will receive the weekly statistics report in your inbox, summarizing the key statistics from the previous week. Here is an overview of the report's contents:
- Active Sequences: The number of active sequences during the previous week, those for which emails were still scheduled for your contacts.
- Contacts Reached: The number of contacts who received an email in the past week.
- Emails Sent: The total number of emails sent during the past week.
- Responses Received: The number of manual responses received during the week, excluding error emails and automatic out-of-office replies.
- Emails Opened: The number of emails opened by contacts during the week.
- Emails Clicked: The number of clicks made on links in your emails during the week.
The Sarbacane Engage weekly statistics report provides you with essential information to assess the performance of your prospecting emails. Thanks to this regular analysis, you can adjust your prospecting strategies and improve your results over time.
