This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software, Sarbacane Suite. Users of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, can find here the help center associated with that version of the software.
This license is a bundled offering that provides access to all applications within the Sarbacane Suite: Campaigns, Sendkit, Pages, Forms, Engage, Chat, Contacts. The Suite license unlocks one license (= one access) per application. The administrator is free to assign each license to the user of their choice.
For example, if you purchase a Suite license, you will have one license available for each application. You can choose to assign your Contacts, Campaigns, Forms, and Pages licenses to someone in the marketing department, the Chat license to someone in customer service, the Sendkit license to one of your developers, and the Engage license to one of your sales representatives.
