This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software, Sarbacane Suite. Users of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, can find here the help center associated with that version of the software.
No, credits cannot be carried over from one month to the next (for monthly subscriptions) or from one year to the next (for annual subscriptions).
With each renewal of your subscription, your credit balance resets to the volume of credits ordered for your current subscription.
This means that if you do not use all your credits before the end of the subscription period, they will not be transferred to the next period.
