I’ve used up all my credits, can I order an additional pack?

This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software, Sarbacane Suite. Users of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, can find here the help center associated with that version of the software.
To send email campaigns with Sarbacane Campaigns, it is essential to have an active license as well as email routing credits. If you have a Sarbacane Campaigns license but your routing credits are depleted, you can still create a campaign, but you won't be able to send it until you have replenished your credits.
You can check the balance of your routing credits by accessing the "”Usage”" section in your Sarbacane account settings.
If you find that you have no available credits, you can easily purchase them by following these steps:
- Go to your Sarbacane account settings.
- Click the "Modify" button if you want to adjust the number of credits included in your monthly or annual subscription based on your long-term needs.
- If you only need routing credits on an occasional basis, you can choose the "Need an extra pack?" option. This allows you to purchase a batch of credits without a commitment to renew.
Once your order is confirmed, your routing credits will be added to your account. At that point, you will be ready to send your email campaigns without interruption.
