This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software, Sarbacane Suite. Users of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, can find here the help center associated with that version of the software.
The pricing is progressive based on the selected volume and also depends on the type of subscription you have chosen (monthly or annual subscription).
The minimum volume for Sarbacane Campaigns or Sendkit is 60,000 emails per year or 6,000 SMS per year.
You can adjust the volume of email and/or SMS credits included in your subscription using the slider provided.
If you choose a monthly subscription, the credits will be delivered to you on a monthly basis. If you choose an annual subscription, they will be delivered all at once.
Please note that the initial credits will be delivered upon order confirmation.
