Can I add or remove licenses during my subscription?
This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software: Sarbacane Suite. If you are a user of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, you can find here the help center related to this version of the software. The update of your account to switch to Sarbacane Suite will be proposed to you shortly by our teams.
Yes, licenses can be purchased at any time. The licenses you add during your subscription will be billed on a pro-rata basis until the renewal date of your subscription.
For any request to remove licenses, please contact your account manager. Note that in this case, the new number of licenses will only take effect on your next billing period.
