This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software, Sarbacane Suite. Users of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, can find here the help center associated with that version of the software.
Our licensing system operates as follows: each license corresponds to access to a Sarbacane suite application for a specific user. Only the account owner or an account administrator can purchase a license and assign it to a user. It is not possible to have multiple users logged in simultaneously with a single license.
You can purchase individual licenses for each Sarbacane application, or "Suite" licenses that unlock one license for each application in the suite. In the case of a "Suite" license, each license can be assigned to a different user if desired.
This licensing system allows you to efficiently manage access to our applications based on your needs and the permissions of each user associated with your account.
