This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software, Sarbacane Suite. Users of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, can find here the help center associated with that version of the software.
We understand that your digital communication needs may be smaller than our standard volume offerings. However, for all our products, the first volume tier is provided free of charge, in addition to access to the application and support.
In other words, if you choose the lowest volume tier, you only pay for access to the application and support from our teams. If you have lower volume needs, this cannot result in a reduction in the advertised price.
