This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software, Sarbacane Suite. Users of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, can find here the help center associated with that version of the software.
The Sarbacane signature is automatically displayed at the bottom of the content of your email campaigns when you have a free trial account.
Once you become a Sarbacane customer, the Sarbacane signature is deactivated by default. It will no longer appear in your email campaigns.
However, if you wish, you have the option to manually enable/disable this signature.
To do so, go to the Sarbacane Campaigns application settings, in the "Campaign" section, under the "email" tab. In the "Sending Preferences" section, check/uncheck the "Enable Sarbacane signature" box. That's it!
