This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software, Sarbacane Suite. Users of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, can find here the help center associated with that version of the software.
Absolutely not, at Sarbacane, we are transparent and do not charge any setup fees or management fees for our licenses. When you make your payment to subscribe to one or more licenses, your account is immediately updated with the licenses you have chosen. Once your account is updated, you can start using or assigning your licenses to access our services and features without any additional restrictions or costs. Our goal is to simplify your experience as much as possible so you can focus on creating and sending exceptional marketing campaigns without worrying about hidden fees.
