How can I use a promotional code?

This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software, Sarbacane Suite. Users of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, can find here the help center associated with that version of the software.
"If you have a promotional code, you can enter it at the final step of your order on our online store by clicking on the link 'Do you have a promotional code?' in the order summary on the right side of your screen (below the total amount).
Terms of use:
- The validity period must be active.
- You cannot combine multiple promotional codes.
Please note that, by default, promotional codes are not renewed. There may be exceptions. Refer to the promo code's terms of use or discuss it with your account manager.
