If I pay via SEPA, how long until I can access my subscription?
This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software: Sarbacane Suite. If you are a user of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, you can find here the help center related to this version of the software. The update of your account to switch to Sarbacane Suite will be proposed to you shortly by our teams.
We deliver the subscription once we receive confirmation of the direct debit mandate setup from your bank. This period is usually short (2 to 3 days) but may vary depending on your bank (or other involved parties).
If you haven't received your access within 5 business days, please contact us.
If your trial period has not expired at the time of your order, you will still have access to the application while waiting for the mandate to be validated.
