This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software, Sarbacane Suite. Users of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, can find here the help center associated with that version of the software.
Before you begin creating your message, you need to choose the type of campaign you want to send.
There are 3 types of campaigns you can create on Sarbacane Campaigns:
- Email Campaign: Create and send professional HTML and/or text emailings.
- SMS Campaign: Send marketing SMS to your chosen contacts or target audience.
- Automated Campaign: Automate your communication by creating an automatic sending scenario that combines email and SMS.
Click on the campaign type of your choice to proceed to the next step.
