At Sarbacane, we are committed to providing our users with an exceptional messaging experience while preserving the integrity of our platform and adhering to our usage policies. To ensure this, we have implemented a process of manual moderation for campaigns sent through our solutions.
What is manual campaign moderation?
Manual campaign moderation is a verification and control mechanism that Sarbacane applies to the content sent by our users. Although this is not a legal requirement, this practice enhances security and ensures the compliance of the use of our services as well as the protection of our user community.
How does manual campaign moderation work?
When a user sends a campaign through our applications, Sarbacane reserves the right to check the content's compliance with our usage policies.
If the content of a message is deemed non-compliant, Sarbacane may refuse to route the campaign to its recipients. In this case, the client is informed of the refusal and the underlying reasons. The client is then encouraged to take into account the recommendations and instructions provided and to proceed with a new sending in line with our guidelines.
Reallocation of credits/consumables
We understand that manual moderation may result in campaign resends, and we want to facilitate this process for our users. At our sole discretion, we may reallocate the credits or consumables used for the sending of the refused campaign. This will depend on the situation and specific circumstances.
Your responsibility as a user
It is important to note that manual moderation in no way absolves the user's responsibility. Each user is required to respect Sarbacane's terms of use and policies. You are solely responsible for how you use our services, the compliance of your content, and adherence to applicable laws.
