How does the new Sarbacane Suite licensing system work?
This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software: Sarbacane Suite. If you are a user of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, you can find here the help center related to this version of the software. The update of your account to switch to Sarbacane Suite will be proposed to you shortly by our teams.
What changes in comparison to Sarbacane Sunrise is that Sarbacane now operates with a licensing system to be assigned to a user.
Understanding the Licensing System
The licensing system allows linking a user (via their email address) to the use of Sarbacane's applications and services. Thus, the account administrator can autonomously assign or remove one or more product licenses to a user.
The user can then log in with their credentials to benefit from access to Sarbacane applications and services.
What are the different types of licenses available?
The “Suite” license is a bundled offer that provides access to all the applications of the Sarbacane Suite: Campaigns, Sendkit, Pages, Forms, Engage, Chat, Contacts. The Suite license thus unlocks a license for each application. You can also buy a la carte licenses for one or more applications. The administrator is free to assign the licenses either to a single user or to distribute the licenses among different users of an account.
Thus, if you purchase a “Suite” license, you are actually purchasing a license for each application in the Suite. If you wish, you can, for example, assign the Campaigns, Contacts, and Chat licenses to one user and all the others to another user.
If you purchase one or more a la carte licenses, you are also free to assign each of them to the user of your choice.
Note, however, that you must have invited a user to your account for them to access the licenses (and thus the applications) you wish to assign to them.

Can one log into Sarbacane applications on multiple computers?
To ensure optimal security, it is not possible to log in on multiple devices simultaneously with the same credentials.
