This help center is dedicated to the previous version of our software, Sarbacane Sunrise. Users of the current version, Sarbacane Suite, can find here the help center associated with that version of the software.
In this menu, you have access to the settings and features of your SMS campaigns.
- SMS campaign management is an option that can be activated or deactivated in your settings
- You can also manage the marketing pressure of your SMS campaigns by limiting the sending to a phone number. By enabling this option, you can limit the pressure on a contact by limiting the number of campaigns sent over a given period of time (per week or per month). If the condition is fulfilled, the contact will be excluded from the automatic sending.
