How to cancel my subscription?
This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software: Sarbacane Suite. If you are a user of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, you can find here the help center related to this version of the software. The update of your account to switch to Sarbacane Suite will be proposed to you shortly by our teams.
Important: By canceling your subscription, you agree to terminate the automatic renewal of your current subscription. At the end of the period for which you subscribed, you will lose access to all Sarbacane services, the platform, and your user data.
Cancel your subscription
To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:
- Go to your Sarbacane account settings.
- Click on "Manage my plan."
- Select the option "Terminate your subscription."
- Follow the provided process.
Cancellation Deadlines:
- For annual subscriptions, please note that you have 7 calendar days to cancel your subscription before its automatic renewal.
- For monthly subscriptions, you have 3 business days to cancel before the automatic renewal date.
