This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software: Sarbacane Suite. If you are a user of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, you can find here the help center related to this version of the software. The update of your account to switch to Sarbacane Suite will be proposed to you shortly by our teams.

If you have recently received a notification of a price increase from Sarbacane, we would like to provide you with some explanations.

Context

We recently launched Sarbacane Suite, a new version of our platform, offering more features and applications to meet the growing needs of our users.

For reference, here is an overview of the applications available in Sarbacane Suite:

  • Sarbacane Campaigns for creating, sending, and analyzing your email campaigns, SMS marketing, and automated scenarios
  • Sarbacane Contacts for managing your database and recipient lists
  • Sarbacane Pages for creating and publishing your landing pages to convert your contacts
  • Sarbacane Forms for creating and publishing your forms to enrich your contact lists and improve your customer knowledge (registration form, update form, invitation form, questionnaire, survey, etc.)
  • Sarbacane Chat for implementing a chat bubble on your site
  • Sarbacane Sendkit for sending your transactional emails and SMS via API
  • Sarbacane Engage for automating your B2B sales prospecting by mail

Access to the entirety of this new version was offered to you for free until the renewal date of your subscription.

Important: Whether you have chosen to switch to Sarbacane Suite or not, your new rate necessarily aligns with the pricing grid of Sarbacane Suite.

As you can understand, this rate corresponds to the Sarbacane Suite scope you are currently benefiting from (or could benefit from by updating).

It is applied automatically at the date of your renewal but is not mandatory. You have the full possibility to review the content of your offer by making an appointment with our sales team.

If you have not yet updated your account, you still have the opportunity to switch to Sarbacane Suite to fully enjoy all its features.

Understanding Your New Rate

If you have 1 or 2 users, your account will automatically be renewed at the rate corresponding to 1 to 2 complete Suite licenses. This is based on the number of active users.

The volume associated with your offer as well as your level of support (Premium or Exclusive) will be applied once.

If you have 3 or more users, your account will automatically be renewed at the rate corresponding to 1 complete Suite license plus N Campaigns licenses (N being the number of active users in addition to the main account).
