For emails sent via Sarbacane Campaigns, an email credit generally corresponds to sending a message to a recipient.
Credit consumption is adjusted according to the weight of your email:
Weight threshold: if the weight of your message exceeds 194 KB, an additional credit is deducted per recipient for each additional 194 KB increment.
Image storage: 5 MB of storage space is included for each campaign. Your images are automatically hosted there to optimize the overall weight of the message and avoid exceeding the threshold.
For SMS sent via Sarbacane Campaigns, credit deduction depends on the number of characters and the recipient's country:
SMS to France (less than 160 characters): 1 credit per recipient.
SMS over 160 characters: 2 credits per recipient.
SMS over 300 characters: 3 credits per recipient.
SMS to international numbers: the number of credits deducted per recipient varies depending on the destination country.
Important: certain elements (special characters, links, dynamic fields or legal notices) increase the total number of characters in your SMS and may move your message to a higher credit bracket.
