In Sarbacane Campaigns, add a link to your SMS with Insert a link: Sarbacane shortens and tracks it so you know who clicked. Allow four steps and a few minutes.
A Sarbacane Campaigns license.
An SMS campaign in progress, at the Message step.
The address of the page you want to direct recipients to, or an already created Sarbacane form or landing page.
une page web externe : saisissez son URL ;
Note : chaque destinataire reçoit un lien différent.
Your SMS contains a short link that leads to your page, and clicks appear in the campaign statistics.
Check the following, in order:
The landing page: make sure it is still online (for example, a flash sale page is no longer available once the sale has ended).
The URL domain: in the “•••” menu, open URL domain, choose another domain, then send a test.
If the link still doesn't work, contact customer support and provide the campaign name.
On some phones, particularly iPhones, if the link ends with a hyphen, the hyphen isn't included in the clickable part, so the link opens an error page. The link itself is correct. Your recipient can copy the entire link, including the hyphen, into their browser.
