To delete an SMS campaign in Sarbacane Campaigns, find it in My campaigns, then move it to the trash from its thumbnail menu. You can restore it for 30 days. It takes four steps and less than a minute.
A Sarbacane Campaigns license.
Access to the campaign you want to delete.
In Sarbacane Campaigns, open My campaigns.
At the top left of the screen, in the filters, select SMS to display only your SMS campaigns.
On the campaign thumbnail, click the three dots, then click Move to trash.
Confirm in the confirmation window.
Note: the campaign remains in the trash for 30 days. After that, you can no longer restore it.
The campaign disappears from My campaigns. It is in the trash, which you can access at the bottom left of the screen by clicking the trash can icon.
At the bottom left of the screen, click the trash can icon.
Find the campaign in the list.
On the campaign thumbnail, click the three dots, then click Restore.
The campaign returns to My campaigns with the status it had before deletion. It does not go back into editing mode. After 30 days, it can no longer be restored.
Check the active filters at the top left of the screen. A filter that is still active may hide the campaign.
