If you no longer know your password, the simplest option is to follow the forgotten password process described below.
Prerequisite: you must have access to the inbox linked to the login email address that you use.
Go to the Sarbacane login page.
Click on the Forgot password link located below the login fields.
Enter the email address associated with your Sarbacane account.
An email containing a password reset link will be sent to you.
Open the email and click on the reset link.
Follow the on-screen instructions to create a new secure password.
Once your password has been changed, you will be able to log in to your Sarbacane account with your new credentials.
