Two scenarios may apply to you:
You have a 30‑day, no‑commitment trial account.
You have a subscription
For both of these situations, an account deletion request must imperatively be submitted in writing from the “Help” area of your account:

Your request will be processed within a statutory period of 30 days.
Please note that without any action on your part, a trial account naturally expires after 30 days. Your data will then be automatically deleted 90 days after the expiration of your account.
> You have a subscription :
Supporting documents will be requested following your account deletion request.
Our team will then inform you which documents must be provided, depending on the nature of your organization. Here as well, the deletion will be carried out within a legal period of 30 days in compliance with GDPR regulations. Please note that this action is irreversible and that all data present on the account will be deleted.
