I forgot my password. What should I do?

This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software: Sarbacane Suite. If you are a user of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, you can find here the help center related to this version of the software. The update of your account to switch to Sarbacane Suite will be proposed to you shortly by our teams.
If you no longer remember your password, the simplest option is to follow the forgotten password process described below.
Prerequisites: You must have access to the inbox associated with the login email address you use.
- Go to the Sarbacane login page.
- Click on the "Forgot Password" link located below the login fields.
- Enter the email address associated with your Sarbacane account.
- An email containing a password reset link will be sent to you.
- Open the email and click on the reset link.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to create a new secure password.
- Once you have changed your password, you will be able to log in to your Sarbacane account using your new credentials.
