User invitation: how to log in to a shared account as an invited user?

This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software: Sarbacane Suite. If you are a user of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, you can find here the help center related to this version of the software. The update of your account to switch to Sarbacane Suite will be proposed to you shortly by our teams.
If you have received and accepted an invitation to join another Sarbacane account, you have two options to access this shared account:
- Log in to the shared account at the time of login.
- Log in to the shared account from your user account
Log in to the shared account at the time of login
You have access to only one account
If you are invited to a single Sarbacane account and have not previously created an account with your own email address, you can simply enter your username and password to access the shared account.
You have access to multiple accounts.
If you have access to multiple Sarbacane accounts, Sarbacane will always prompt you at the time of login, after you have entered your credentials, to choose the account you want to log in to.
Click on the arrow next to the name of your account to display the list of available accounts.
Select the account of your choice from the dropdown list, then click "validate." You will be redirected to the selected account.
Log in to the shared account from your user account
If you are logged into your own Sarbacane account (freemium or any other subscription account), you can switch to another account to which you have been invited from the menu at the top right of the application.
Click on the name of your account to display the list of available accounts (your own user account if you have one and all other shared accounts for which you have received and accepted an invitation), then select the account you want to access.
Once the account is selected, you will be redirected to it and can view the resources that have been shared with you on that account.
