This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software: Sarbacane Suite. If you are a user of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, you can find here the help center related to this version of the software. The update of your account to switch to Sarbacane Suite will be proposed to you shortly by our teams.
Before you start creating your message, you must choose the type of campaign you want to send.
It is possible to create 2 types of email campaigns on Sarbacane Campaigns, in addition to SMS campaigns:
- Email Campaign: send an HTML format email with an alternative plain text version. The multipart HTML format allows for enriched layout and content (images, styles, etc.) and also to send attachments.
- Automatic Campaign: Automatically trigger the sending of campaigns based on defined events (birthday, registration, etc.). Create your own scenarios with sequences of personalized emails and/or SMS.
