In Sarbacane Campaigns, even when sending mass emails, you have the ability to personalize each email to make it unique by using dynamic fields, also known as personalization fields.
Adding Dynamic Fields in the Email Content with Sarbacane Campaigns
There are two methods for adding dynamic fields depending on the creation mode you have chosen:
- From the EmailBuilder: Place the text cursor where you want to insert a dynamic field (in a text block). Then, click on the { } icon and choose the corresponding field from the list.
- From the standard HTML editor: Place the text cursor where in the HTML code or the email preview you want to add a dynamic field. Then, click on the button symbolizing two curly braces "{ } Insert a recipient data" or "Insert a campaign parameter," and choose the desired field.
Personalizing the Subject and Other Elements
To personalize the subject of a campaign or any other shipping element, go to the header of your email and click on the { } button. Then, select the personalization field you wish to use.
The list displayed in this dropdown menu corresponds to the columns present in the contact list you have selected for your campaign.
Once you have chosen one of the dynamic fields from the list, it appears in parentheses in your input field. You can add text before or after this field, and easily delete it using your keyboard.
In this way, you can tailor your message to be more warm and "personalized" for each of your recipients.
Feel free to insert as many dynamic fields as necessary to make your emails as relevant as possible for each recipient.
