Sarbacane Engage: How to add a contact to your prospecting blacklist from their contact card?

This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software: Sarbacane Suite. If you are a user of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, you can find here the help center related to this version of the software. The update of your account to switch to Sarbacane Suite will be proposed to you shortly by our teams.

If you wish to blacklist a contact, you can access their contact card and click on the "Add to blacklist" icon. You will have the choice between blacklisting their email address or their domain.

After adding the contact to the blacklist, you will be able to see immediately in the "Contact Card Information" tab if the email address or domain has been blacklisted thanks to the mention “alias@domainblacklisted.com is blacklisted”.

Please note that if you are a User, you must be the owner of the contact to be able to add it to the blacklist. However, if you have the Manager role, you can blacklist any contact.

Two other options are also available to feed your prospecting blacklist:

  • Feed the blacklist via the Sarbacane Engage settings
  • Add a contact to the blacklist from your inbox
