Sarbacane Engage and Data Desk: How to enrich your contacts via Clearbit?

This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software, Sarbacane Suite. Users of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, can find here the help center associated with that version of the software.
The integration with Clearbit in Sarbacane Engage allows you to enrich your contacts by adding additional information, such as the industry, number of employees, or technologies used by their company. Before starting, make sure you have an active Clearbit subscription.
Enriching Your Contacts with Clearbit
- Go to your Settings via the left sidebar.
- Access the "Data Desk" tab, then click on "Enrichment".
Connecting with Clearbit
- Click on the blue banner "You must first connect your Clearbit account to use this option".
- A new page opens. Visit the URL https://dashboard.clearbit.com/api and copy the "secret API key" (the first one offered).
- Paste this key into the "Access Token" field.
- Click on "Connect Clearbit".
Customization of the Integration
Use the "Configuration" and "Matching" tabs to customize your integration according to your preferences.
The "History" tab allows you to track the enrichments performed.
By using the Clearbit integration in Sarbacane Engage, you can enhance the quality of your data and obtain key insights about your contacts for better customization of your interactions.
