In the process of managing contacts with Sarbacane Engage, notes allow you to build a valuable history of information about your prospects. This feature helps you keep essential information and share it with your colleagues for effective collaboration.

Creating and Managing Notes

  • To begin, navigate to your contact's card by following the steps described in the article "Accessing My Contacts' Cards."
  • At the top of the contact card, click on "Create a note" to start the process of creating a new note.
  • Provide a title and a description for your note to record relevant information. This step allows you to capture important details about your interactions with the contact.
  • Once the details are added, click on "Validate" to save the note in the system.

Your note will now be integrated into the contact's activity log. It will be accessible to all users of your Sarbacane Engage instance, thus offering increased visibility into the history of interactions with the prospect.

The note-creating functionality in Sarbacane Engage is an essential tool for building a rich and organized history of key information about your prospects.
