Sarbacane Engage: How to assign a status to your contacts?
This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software: Sarbacane Suite. If you are a user of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, you can find here the help center related to this version of the software. The update of your account to switch to Sarbacane Suite will be proposed to you shortly by our teams.
In Sarbacane Engage, contact statuses are indicators that allow you to track and categorize the progress and behavior of contacts within your prospecting campaigns. This facilitates the management of your contacts and the organization of your business activities.
Configuring Statuses
- Access your Settings through the left sidebar.
- Click on the "Statuses" tab.
- You will find default statuses such as "Converted", "Engaged", "Disqualified", etc.
- Use the options of the 3 small dots to edit, delete, or view the contacts associated with each status.
- To create a new status, click on the "Create a status" button.
Assigning Statuses to Contacts
From the general view of your contacts:
- Select the contacts in question.
- Click on the 3 small dots at the top right, then choose "Change status".
- Select the new status from the dropdown menu and validate.
From your contacts' profiles:
- Access the contact's profile.
- Click on the "Contact" tab.
- Choose the new status from the "No status" dropdown menu.
From your contacts' responses:
- Access your Inbox.
- Select a contact response.
- Click on the "Contact" tab.
- Then, choose the new status.
Tip: The Zapier connector allows you to automate actions based on status changes. If you are interested in setting up automations via Zapier, feel free to contact your dedicated CSM.
